The Bank of Russia’s business climate indicator in August was -2.4 points after -3.5 points the previous month. The increase in the indicator is mainly due to improved expectations of companies for the next 3 months both in production and demand.
Business price expectations increased somewhat in August. Compared to July, enterprises improved their assessments of credit conditions.
In the current issue, the results of a survey of companies about their capital-raising strategy and assessment of the level of financial accessibility are presented for the first time.
