Based on the letter received from the Joint Stock Company “Sberbank CIB”, and in accordance with Part I. General Part of the Rules for Trading on the Stock Market, Deposit Market, and Credit Market of the Public Joint Stock Company “Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS”, approved by the decision of the Supervisory Board on August 01, 2025 (Protocol No. 4), paragraphs 1.7.2, 1.8.5, 1.8.8, 1.8.10, and 1.8.11 of Part II. Stock Market Section of the Rules for Trading on the Stock Market, Deposit Market, and Credit Market of the Public Joint Stock Company “Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS”, approved by the decision of the Supervisory Board on August 01, 2025 (Protocol No. 4), the following conditions, time, term, and procedure for submitting applications with activation date and conclusion of transactions with structured non-documentary non-convertible secured bonds Series CIB-SN-CRO-001S-240 of the Joint Stock Company “Sberbank CIB” are established.

Withdrawal of applications is permitted during the application collection period, on the activation date during the application collection period, as well as during the application collection and deal conclusion period during the placement of Exchange bonds.
The seller of Exchange-traded bonds will be JSC “Sberbank CIB” (identifier in the trading system – MC0005500000) (hereinafter referred to as the Seller).
Placement price: The placement price of the bonds is set equal to 100% of the nominal value of the Exchange bond.
The size of one lot in the “Placement: Addressed Orders” Trading Mode is equal to 1 Exchange Bond.
Applications to purchase Exchange bonds during the preliminary application period must be submitted with the following mandatory details:

  • activation date (this application field is filled automatically by the Trading System in the format “DDMMYYYY”);
  • the number of securities in lots (the maximum number of securities that the potential buyer would like to purchase);
  • settlement code;
  • other mandatory details established by the Trading Rules;
  • price as a percentage of the nominal value.

Applications for the purchase of Exchange Bonds during the placement period must include the following mandatory details:

  • the number of securities in lots (the maximum number of securities that the potential buyer would like to purchase);
  • payment code;
  • other mandatory details established by the Trading Rules;
  • price as a percentage of the nominal value.

The activation date is the start date of the listing of Exchange Bonds (20.08.2026).
