Transactions with debt securities on the secondary market of the Moscow Exchange in July 2026 were made by 746.7 thousand retail investors (+21.4% compared to July 2025). Their share in the volume of bond trading amounted to 14.5%.

Private investors invested 100.9 billion rubles in bonds on the Moscow Exchange stock market in July. Of these, 99% were in corporate ruble-denominated bonds, and 1% in ruble OFZ and foreign currency bonds.

The volume of bond placements in July amounted to 885.6 billion rubles, including one-day bonds totaling 287.5 billion rubles.

The volume of secondary bond trading in July amounted to 2.2 trillion rubles (+36.1% compared to July 2025). This includes the volume of OFZ trading at 1.4 trillion rubles (+61% compared to July 2025), and corporate bonds at 723.4 billion rubles (+9.1% compared to July 2025).

In the OTC segment with a central counterparty in July 2026, the transaction volume amounted to 191.2 billion rubles.

The debt market of the Moscow Exchange is a center for raising funds for Russian companies, combining a developed infrastructure, reliability, and advanced bond trading technologies. Bonds traded on the Moscow Exchange have a circulation volume amounting to almost one-third of GDP. The lineup of more than four thousand instruments issued by 500 issuers includes OFZ (federal loan bonds), corporate bonds, as well as complex debt instruments. More than 1.7 million private investors trade bonds on the Moscow Exchange. In 2025, the bond trading volume reached 42 trillion rubles, and the average daily transaction volume since the beginning of 2026 has exceeded 150 billion rubles.
