Young specialists from KAMAZ joined the Tatarstan delegation of the project for working youth of the Volga Federal District “MoloT.” These days, the youth of industrial enterprises in Tatarstan are representing the region at the project final.
The Tatarstan team has set off for the district final of the PFO working youth project “MoLoT” in Perm. The “MoLoT” project (“Youth Labor”) runs from August 5 to 9 – for the second time already. For the second time, KamAZ employees are participating in the event.
Representatives of 109 enterprises from the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the qualifying competitions of the project. More than 2,600 young specialists tested their abilities in sports and intellectual contests, which resulted in the formation of a team of 30 people for the republic. Tatarstan is represented by youth from eight enterprises in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, and Almetyevsk. The team includes four employees of PJSC KAMAZ. Representatives of the Scientific and Technical Center of the automotive giant and LLC “AutoZapchast KAMAZ” participate in the intellectual direction – the quiz.
The “MoloT” project was launched in 2025 under the patronage of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal District, Igor Komarov. It involves employees of enterprises and organizations in the real sector of the economy aged from 18 to 35 years old. Young families with children aged from 6 to 11 are also allowed to participate in the project. In 2026, the “MoloT” project includes five directions, comprising 15 disciplines, in which winners will be determined among 14 regions of the Volga Federal District. Participants can expect sports competitions, intellectual contests, creative challenges, and career guidance tasks. Winners will be selected in each discipline.
