The Bank of Russia will issue a commemorative silver coin with a denomination of 3 rubles titled “100th Anniversary of the All-Russian Society of the Deaf” from the “Historical Events” series (catalog number 5111-0538) into circulation on August 4, 2026.

A silver coin with a face value of 3 rubles (precious metal mass in purity – 31.1 g, alloy standard – 925) is shaped as a circle with a diameter of 39.0 mm.

There is a raised rim along the circumference on both the obverse and reverse sides of the coin.

The obverse of the coin features a relief image of the State Emblem of the Russian Federation, with inscriptions: “RUSSIAN FEDERATION”, “BANK OF RUSSIA”, the coin’s face value “3 RUBLES”, the year of issue “2026”, the metal designation according to D.I. Mendeleev’s Periodic Table of Elements, alloy fineness, the trademark of the Saint Petersburg Mint, and the mass of the precious metal in pure form.

On the reverse side of the coin, there is a colored image of the All-Russian Society of the Deaf emblem with the inscription “100 YEARS”.

The edge of the coin is reeded.

The coin is made with “proof” quality.

The coin’s mintage is 3,000 pieces.

The issued coin is legal tender in the Russian Federation and must be accepted at face value for all types of payments without restrictions.

When using the material, a reference to the Press Service of the Bank of Russia is mandatory.
