Using digital twin technology, the province has created a “smart brain” capable of monitoring the hydrological situation in real time, automatically modeling the development of the situation, and developing an action plan.
This technological development has already been elevated to the level of a national strategy and is reflected in China’s latest emergency response system creation plan.
