The Chairman of the Government reviewed the operation of the healthcare institution and the presentation on the development of the republic’s healthcare system.
The Republican Advisory and Diagnostic Center in Kyzyl was built with federal budget funds and commissioned in November 2021.

The total area of the building is 5,700 square meters. The center is designed for 300 visits per day.
The diagnostic center is equipped with all the necessary equipment, including CT and MRI machines, an X-ray diagnostic complex, ultrasound scanners, and endoscopic equipment.
The staff size is 168, with a staffing level of 92.8%. The chief physician is Seren-ool Aydyn Eresovich, appointed on November 11, 2024, a participant in the special military operation.
The structure of the CDC department includes specialized therapeutic, therapeutic patronage, surgical, endoscopic, radiological, rehabilitation, functional and ultrasound diagnostic, immunoprophylaxis, outpatient oncological care, and surgery centers.

M. Mishustin: First of all, I want to say that the presidential program for the modernization of primary healthcare has allowed, over these few years, the construction of over 6,000 new facilities. These include hospitals, polyclinics, feldsher-midwife stations. Also, about eight thousand facilities were completely renovated, modernized, and new equipment was purchased. Approximately 230,000 units of new equipment have been delivered to our healthcare institutions. These include computed tomography scanners, MRI machines, and ultrasound diagnostic devices.
Our industry produces a great deal today. We have done quite a lot of work to replace the corresponding foreign devices. It is not easy to replace devices from companies and firms that have a good reputation, but about 70% of their analogues are already produced in Russia. I also want to say that we have a total of about 20,000 new facilities. This is a very good result, and most importantly, people feel it.
But you, your profession, dear friends, cannot be replaced. Neither artificial intelligence nor online consultation capabilities can replace you. A doctor is the foundation of the healthcare system. And I would like to wholeheartedly thank you, dear friends, for what you do, for helping people in difficult situations, for treating them, for giving them health. And I sincerely wish you the same that you give to your patients – the strongest health.
V. Khovalyg (chief doctor of the State Healthcare Institution of the Republic of Tatarstan “Republican Hospital No. 1”): Dear Mikhail Vladimirovich, we are very glad to see you here. We thank you for the help you provide to our healthcare system. Thanks to participation in national projects, the region has been equipped with new medical equipment. Thus, many residents of the region receive treatment and medical examinations within the region itself. This is very important for our remote border region.
M. Mishustin: And a beautiful region.

V. Khovalyg: And third, the last point. We have the highest birth rate in the country. But in the republic’s perinatal center, where most children are born, the oxygen station has exhausted its resource.
