Beijing, July 30 /Xinhua/ — China urges relevant parties to avoid dangerous close encounters with ships of the Chinese Navy (PLAN) in order to prevent incidents at sea and in the air, said Mao Ning, the official spokesperson of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on Thursday at a regular press conference.
