Capital repair projects for three apartment buildings in the Khamovniki district have been approved. This was reported by the Chairman of the Moscow City Committee on Pricing Policy in Construction and State Expertise of ProjectsIvan Shcherbakov.
The work will be carried out at the following addresses: Bolshoy Afanasyevsky Lane, building 3, structure 3, Efremova Street, building 12, and Komsomolsky Prospect, building 15, structure 2.
“Agreed projects for the renovation of three residential buildings in the Khamovniki district. Specialists will renovate the entrances, bring the roofs and facades, drainage systems, as well as attic and basement premises in order. In addition, an individual set of works is provided for each building depending on the project,” said Ivan Shcherbakov.
So, in the house number 12 on Efremov Street, built in 1966, they are repairing the unglazed loggias. Specialists will lay a wear-resistant coating, renew protective screens, flashing, and metal fence elements. In addition, they are modernizing the waste disposal system.
House 15 (building 2) on Komsomolsky Avenue, constructed in 1965, is awaiting a comprehensive repair of the entrances. Here, the ceilings and stair flights, as well as the metal railings, will be cleaned and painted. In addition, the floor tiles (with the installation of a new screed), handrails, and door blocks will be replaced up to the attic and roof.

In house 3 (building 3) in Afanasyevsky lane, built in 1914, the attic floor will be insulated to improve energy efficiency, and also the windows in the common areas will be replaced. The facade work will improve the exterior appearance of the building: specialists will clean the brickwork of the external walls from paint, restoring their historical appearance.
