The family of KamAZ workers Rauf and Klara Zaripov was awarded the Medal “For Love and Fidelity.” Rauf Khairullovich has been working at “KAMAZ” for 45 years and since 2021 has held the position of dispatcher at the Logistics Center of PJSC “KAMAZ.” He is the author of rationalization proposals yielding an annual effect of more than 500 thousand rubles. He mentors young employees and has trained 63 workers in production process mapping principles. Rauf Khairullovich is an Honored Mechanical Engineer, a Labor Veteran, and has been awarded the medal “In Memory of the 1000th Anniversary of Kazan.” Klara Ikramovna is the head of the medical unit at LLC “KAMAZ Auto Parts.” Her total experience at “KAMAZ” is 43 years.
