Entrepreneurs can acquire at city auctions commercial premises with an area of more than 500 square meters in the Nagatino-Sadovniki district. This was reported by the head of the Moscow City Department for Competitive Policy Kirill Purtov.
“When choosing a space for business, it is necessary to consider the area, layout of the property, its location, and other characteristics significant to the entrepreneur. Commercial real estate can be selected on the Moscow investment portal: the platform features properties available for purchase at city auctions. Applications are currently being accepted to participate in the auction for the sale of a large non-residential space located in the Nagatino-Sadovniki district. The property, with an area of 506.7 square meters, is suitable, for example, for an office with open workspaces. It can also be used for other business ideas: a fitness center or a restaurant,” noted Kirill Purtov.
The free-purpose premises are located on the first floor of a 33-story residential building at the address: 1st Nagatinsky Drive, building 11, block 1.
The seller of the real estate is a subsidiary institution of the capital Department of City Property Joint-stock company “City Property Management Center.” Applications for participation in the bidding will close on July 27, and the auction will take place on August 7 on the electronic platform “Roseltorg”. Registration and an enhanced qualified electronic signature are required to participate.
