Shanghai, July 18 /Xinhua/ — Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi held a meeting on Saturday in Shanghai with Vincent Henderson, Foreign Minister of the Commonwealth of Dominica.
Wan Yi, who is also a member of the Politburo of the CPC Central Committee, welcomed V. Henderson’s visit, who arrived in China to participate in the 2026 World Conference on Artificial Intelligence.
As noted by the head of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, China intends to strengthen coordination and cooperation with developing countries, including Dominica, within the framework of the Global Artificial Intelligence Cooperation Organization, promoting its development and enhancement.
Van Yi noted that the Chinese side is ready, guided by the agreements of the leaders of the two countries, to strengthen the alignment of development strategies and deepen mutually beneficial cooperation with Dominica.
