Moscow, July 14 /Xinhua/ — Russia considers the resumption of US strikes on Iran as a violation of the memorandum of understanding concluded between the parties. This was stated on Tuesday by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov at a press conference following negotiations in Moscow with the Foreign Minister of Chad, Abdoulaye Sabre Fadoul.
“We consider it a violation of the memorandum, and there is not much to comment on here.
