In the Tagansky district, seven residential buildings will be completely renovated. The corresponding projects have already been approved. This was reported by the Chairman of the Moscow City Committee on Pricing Policy in Construction and State Expertise of Projects (Moskomexpertiza).Ivan Shcherbakov.
The works will take place at the following addresses: Nizhny Novgorod Street, houses 1a and 14, building 2, Bibliotechnaya Street, house 27, Novorogozhskaya Street, house 5, Volgogradsky Avenue, houses 3, 4 and 11.
“Agreed projects involve carrying out major repairs in seven apartment buildings constructed between 1958 and 1989. Specialists will repair the roofs on all the buildings. Also, depending on the condition of each building, engineering communications will be partially replaced, facades and technical premises will be updated,” noted Ivan Shcherbakov.
The facades and roofs are being renovated at the buildings on Nizhny Novgorod Street (house 1a) and Novorogozhskaya Street (house 5). At the first one, they are restoring the ceramic cladding, the protective concrete layer of the balcony slabs and cornices, updating individual groups; at the second one, they are bringing the facade and roof in order, replacing water supply, sewage, heating, and electrical systems.
“Upon completion of the preparatory measures, water repellent treatment will be applied to each facade, protecting the surface from aggressive atmospheric effects. This technology is very reliable and has proven itself excellently, as it preserves the beauty and proper condition of the walls for a long time,” added Pavel Ryabonenko, Deputy General Director of the Moscow Capital Renovation Fund.
In the building on Nizhny Novgorod Street (house 14, building 2) and on Volgograd Avenue (houses 3 and 11), the engineering infrastructure is being completely renewed: risers and main lines of water supply, sewage, and heating are being replaced, electrical networks are being modernized, garbage chutes will be put in order, attic rooms will be repaired, new roofing will be laid, and finishing will be restored after the installation of networks. In house 11, work will take place in the basement rooms and electrical panels.
In the building on Bibliotechnaya Street (house 27) and Volgogradsky Prospekt (house 4), the basements and roof superstructures are being renovated. Specialists are installing new windows and doors in the technical rooms, putting the roof fences and covering in order. In addition, internal in-house communications are being replaced, and a local restorative repair will be carried out.
