At the meeting of the Board of Directors of PJSC “KAMAZ” held on July 3 in Naberezhnye Chelny Member of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Alfia Kogogina made a proposal to support the KamAZ workers – parents of first graders – and pay each family 10,000 rubles by the start of the school year. “Now summer is not only vacation time and a time to relax with the family, but also the time when children prepare to go back to school, which requires significant funds, especially for future first-graders. I ask you to consider the possibility of paying each parent of a first-grader 10,000 rubles so that they can prepare their little student and buy the most necessary items for the school year.”, – Alfya Kogogina addressed the members of the Board of Directors and the management of PJSC KAMAZ, thanking the company for its strong social policy, as well as for the systematic support of the sponsored military units in the SVO zone, mobilized employees, and their families.
The Deputy General Director of PJSC KAMAZ for Personnel Management, Organizational Development, and Corporate Governance, Zhanna Khaliullina, supported the parliamentarian’s initiative at a meeting with the company’s leadership. As a result, it was decided within the framework of the “Help Get Ready for School” campaign to pay 10,000 rubles for each first-grader. Parents will receive financial assistance from the company’s social budget. More than 850 KAMAZ families will participate in the campaign.
