The team of the automotive giant “KAMAZ Evolution Without Compromise” took fifth place in the corporate ranking of the XIV International Youth Industrial Forum “Engineers of the Future – 2026”.
The forum took place over 11 days in the Tula region. The event served as a platform for engineering creativity and professional dialogue, bringing together 1,000 participants from 61 countries and 56 regions of Russia. The educational program involved young specialists from nearly 300 industrial enterprises and students from leading technical universities. During the forum, over 820 events were held, 20 educational groups operated, 75 project teams were formed, and more than 600 experts shared their experience with the forum attendees.
The automotive giant is a regular participant in this event, annually delegating promising young specialists to the venue. This year, the company was represented by 25 people, who were divided into two teams. Both teams demonstrated a worthy level of preparation and showed excellent performance in the competitive and educational sections. Thus, the team “KAMAZ Evolution Without Compromises” took fifth place in the corporate ranking of the forum, while the team “KAMAZ Engineers 2.6” placed 11th in the final standings. KAMAZ employees also achieved significant success in the individual competition. A high result was shown by Elvera Minnegalieva, a representative of the KAMAZ Logistics Center: she entered the top 10 of the individual ranking, taking fourth place. Several other colleagues also made it into the top twenty. Such achievements open new opportunities for professional development – inclusion in the personnel reserve of leading high-tech industrial enterprises and the defense industry complex, priority participation in the projects of the Union of Russian Machine Builders, and involvement in expert work at the State Duma.
Moreover, for the first time in a long time, the company presented a unique educational program at the forum titled “KAMAZ Engineering Code: from Technologies to Transformation.” It is designed to give participants the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of modern mechanical engineering, to master not only the technical basics but also to understand the deeper processes of industrial transformation.
Throughout the week, 30 young engineers from various enterprises across the country became acquainted with real cases and technologies underlying automobile manufacturing. The participants studied production processes, components, control systems, operation, and future technologies. The program combined theory, practice, and the experience of leading specialists from PJSC “KAMAZ” and its partners, vividly demonstrating how engineering is embodied in large-scale manufacturing. Lectures were given by representatives of the automaker’s training centers – MCPC and MITTU, as well as specialists from the Scientific and Technical Center, ANO “Quantorium,” ANO “Technograd,” and the Advanced Engineering School “Cyber Auto Tech,” established at the NCI KFU in close collaboration with “KAMAZ.”
