The SOLLERS Group has launched the production of the Sollers SF7 light commercial vehicle line at its plant in Yelabuga. The first serial units rolled off the assembly line at “SOLLERS Alabuga” in the presence of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC “SOLLERS,” Adil Shirinov.
The Sollers SF7 (SF7) family includes all-metal vans with a gross weight of 5.5 tons and a body volume of 16.4 m³, as well as passenger buses with a capacity of up to 22 people. The basic configuration includes two airbags, ABS, ESP, a multimedia system, and air conditioning.
The production of the new model is organized using a full-cycle technology that includes welding and painting of the bodies. Additional treatment of the bodies with cathodic electrophoretic coating ensures reliable anti-corrosion protection.
The Sollers SF7 (SF7) is equipped with Russian-made units: a 2.7-liter diesel engine with 150 hp, familiar from the SF5 (SF5) model, and a 6-speed manual transmission. The production of components was previously established at SOLLERS plants in Yelabuga and Zavolzhye with the support of the Industrial Development Fund (IDF).
The production plan involves the further gradual deepening of the localization of the Sollers SF7 (SF7), including stamped body parts, electronics, interior, and exterior elements.
The enterprise has a multi-stage quality control system, including inspection on the test line, a vibration stand, air and water tests, as well as a track simulating more than 10 different types of road surfaces. Selectively, the bodies undergo non-destructive testing stations, ultrasonic inspection of welding points, and three-coordinate geometry control.

The warranty on all versions of the Sollers SF7 (SF7) will be 2 years with unlimited mileage.
