At the training center of the automotive giant – the International Institute of Technology, Technology, and Management (MITTU) – an Open Day was held for the youth of KAMAZ. A rich program was prepared for participants, including various courses, trainings, workshops, and games.
The gathered participants were divided into two teams and asked to answer questions about the K5 model range. The training continued with “Secrets of Team Management.” One of the simplest and most useful exercises was “Chains.” The task was to stand in a circle as a team, extend one hand to the participant opposite, and with the other take the hand of any other player. This tangle was to be untangled in the shortest possible time.
The workshop “AI Tools for Leaders” also proved to be useful. Participants were taught how to properly formulate requests to artificial intelligence and write prompts (instructions for AI to achieve the desired result), and how to use AI to make their work easier.
The program also included the training “Efficiency Keychain: Zero Losses” on lean manufacturing. Dividing into three teams, the participants made keychains, taking into account the specified conditions and customer requirements.
“Then we moved to Turkey. A coffee break was organized for us, where everyone could order any coffee in Turkish. The lesson turned out to be very informative; many wanted to study this language., – she told Sabina Menovshchikova, a representative of the Foundry Plant. – The next was a mini-lesson in Arabic. We managed to write our own names from right to left on our own, although it was not that easy.
At the end of the event, the lecturer spoke about safe driving techniques. The youth expanded their knowledge on how to act in difficult situations on the road.
