Sergey Kogogin, CEO of PJSC “KAMAZ,” became the winner in the nomination “Auto Person of the Year 2026” of the National Automotive Business Experts Award “TOP-5 AUTO.” The ceremonial award ceremony was held today, October 22, in Moscow.
The National Automotive Business Experts Award “TOP-5 AUTO” is held for the fourteenth time and over these years it has gained not only great authority but also a reputation as a platform for uniting professionals from all areas of the auto business and independent experts. The CEO of PJSC KAMAZ, Sergey Kogogin, was recognized as the winner in the “Auto Person of the Year” category. The award was presented to the Marketing and Advertising Director of PJSC KAMAZ, Denis Dryagin, and the Head of the Company’s Press Service, Director of the PJSC KAMAZ Visitor Center, Erik Khayrullin.

It is worth noting that the top five finalists for the “Auto Person of the Year” nomination are annually determined from more than 150 key figures in the Russian automotive business based on monitoring by the independent research company MEDIASCOPE. Then the jury, consisting of 40 experts – representatives of the media, chief editors of publications, leading TV channels, radio stations, as well as popular auto bloggers and auto journalists – selects the winner. The jury voting results are officially authorized by one of the largest international auditing firms.
The founder of the award is the National Academy of Auto Business (NAAB), established with the participation of experts from the automotive market and representatives of the media business.
