“LCT.Fest-2026” will take place on October 30 in the “Lomonosov” cluster. The festival will be the final event of the eighth international competition of the Mayor of Moscow “Digital Transformation Leaders“. It will bring together IT specialists, representatives of the technological business, city teams, experts and partners of the competition, as well as students and young professionals.
The central event of the festival will be the awards ceremony for the winners and runners-up of the hackathon “Leaders of Digital Transformation.” The best teams will present their developments created to address current challenges of the city and business, and will share a prize fund of 40 million rubles. Participants worked on the projects for two weeks.
“LCT.Fest will be the finale of the largest city IT competition. Participants will see the best hackathon projects and will have the opportunity to communicate directly with city teams and representatives of technology companies that set real challenges for IT specialists. The competition final will be complemented by business, educational, and interactive programs,” she said

One of the main venues of the event will be the educational space of the Moscow Government. Its visitors will be able to get acquainted with city digital services and technological projects in key areas — from transportation and urban environment to social sphere and entrepreneurship.
The festival will feature representatives from government bodies and companies that set the challenges for the eighth season of the competition. Government of Moscow will present Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development of the City of Moscow together with the Federal Center for Unmanned Aviation Systems, as well as the capital’s departments information technology, environmental management and environmental protection, healthcare, transport and development of road transport infrastructure, financial, urban planning policy, housing and communal services, on civil defense, emergencies, and fire safety and State Construction Supervision Committee.

In the interactive zone, participants will get acquainted with technologies in the fields of data analysis, cybersecurity, engineering solutions, and urban services through gaming and applied formats.
For the finalists of the “Digital Transformation Leaders” hackathon, a space will be prepared for communication with the problem setters. Here they will be able to discuss the developed solutions and receive feedback from experts.
The business program will be dedicated to the development of digital products, the implementation of artificial intelligence and other technologies, data analytics, change management, and workforce training for technology sectors. Experts will discuss current practices and tools already used in companies and urban projects.
In addition, the program will include presentations by invited speakers, thematic zones organized by event partners, professionally moderated networking, and a show program featuring the headliner.
