Specialists of the urban economy complex of Moscow completed the renovation of Maly Predtechensky Lane in the Presnensky District. Here, a comfortable and safe space was created for pedestrians and motorists, while preserving the unique appearance of the historic street.
Asphalt pavement covering a total area of one thousand square meters was laid on the sidewalks. On the roadway, the old asphalt was completely replaced by laying 1,400 square meters of pavement, and the markings were updated. To separate pedestrian zones and the roadway, sturdy barriers were installed. Road signs will be installed at the final stage of the work. In addition, specialists renewed 360 square meters of lawn.
Special attention was given to the modernization of outdoor lighting, as well as to preserving the historical visual appearance of the space. Additional energy-efficient fixtures were installed on the territory, and nearly 400 meters of cable ducting were laid. Overhead wires were removed from there so they would not disturb the historic landscape of the Presnensky district. Now walks for local residents and capital visitors have become even more comfortable and safe.
