“This year, as part of the programs for creating a comfortable urban environment in the Perovo district, two blocks were renovated — the first is located between Metallurgov Street, Novogireyevskaya Street, Federativny Prospekt, and 11th Novogireyev Prospekt; the second — between 1st Vladimirskaya Street, Plekhanov Street, 4th Perovo Field Drive, and Enthusiasts Highway. There, the children’s and sports infrastructure was comprehensively updated, quiet resting places were arranged, creating new attraction points for local residents,” noted Petr Biryukov.
In the first quarter, five playgrounds were equipped with slides, bridges, swings, hammocks, and rope climbing complexes. For sports activities, a hockey rink was repaired, next to which a heated changing room was installed. In addition, exercise machines, workout equipment, and table tennis facilities appeared.
On this territory, they also arranged places for quiet relaxation with benches, renovated the pedestrian paths, and installed lamps with energy-efficient light fixtures. In the yard driveways and on the sidewalks, the asphalt pavement was replaced. In addition, the lawns were tidied up and trees were planted.
In the second quarter, play areas with educational equipment were created for children. For sports enthusiasts, exercise machines and table tennis tables were installed, and areas for mini-football and basketball were organized. Nearby, a stand with a canopy and a warm changing room were arranged. Here, rest zones with swings, benches, and flower beds appeared, as well as a new dovecote.
