In September, about 6.2 thousand Muscovites completed paperwork to move into new buildings at renovation program. The largest number of relocation participants was to the east, southeast, and northwest of the city. This was reported by Ekaterina Solovyova, Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the Moscow Department of City Property.
“In September, contracts for apartments in new buildings under the renovation program were signed by about 6.2 thousand residents from 231 old buildings. This is the highest monthly figure since the beginning of the program. For comparison, about 4.8 thousand people processed relocation documents in the same period of 2025, and about 2.6 thousand in September 2024. The largest number of new owners of comfortable housing last month was in the east of the capital — nearly 1.4 thousand Muscovites. In the southeast, over 1.1 thousand relocation participants received new apartments, and in the northwest — 750,” said Ekaterina Solovyeva.
Currently, residents of more than 300 old buildings are processing documents to move into modern residential complexes.
