In the southeast of Moscow, a project for the construction of a multi-apartment residential building has been approved within the framework of renovation programs. It will be built in the Lyublino district at the address: Verkhnie Polya Street, land plot No. 17. This was reported by the Chairman of the Moscow City Committee on Pricing Policy in Construction and State Expertise of Projects (Moskomexpertiza) Ivan Shcherbakov.

“In the Lyublino area of the South-Eastern Administrative District, a four-section residential building of variable height will be constructed as part of the renovation program. The corresponding project has already received a positive conclusion from the state expertise. The new building is designed on the site of two houses from the 1960s. The building will have 271 apartments with a total area of more than 19 thousand square meters,” said Ivan Shcherbakov.

According to the project documentation, seven apartments in the new building will be fully adapted for comfortable living of people with limited mobility. In addition, a barrier-free environment will be provided both in the common areas of the building itself and throughout the entire adjacent territory.

The ground floors of all residential sections will be allocated for commercial and public organizations. Their total area will exceed one thousand square meters. A population information center, overseeing issues of resettlement and relocation of participants in the renovation program, will also be located here.

A heated parking lot is provided for car owners on the underground level, which will connect all four sections. It will be possible to descend into the parking from the residential part both by stairs and by elevator.

Each section features spacious lobbies, stroller rooms, and concierge offices. Apartments will be delivered with a finished clean interior according to the renovation program standards, equipped with plumbing fixtures and glazed balconies.

The area near the house will be landscaped and planted with greenery. A sports and children’s playground will be equipped in the yard, as well as a comfortable zone for quiet relaxation.

The new building will organically fit into the existing infrastructure of the district. Nearby there are schools, kindergartens, clinics, shops, and cultural institutions. Within walking distance for residents will be the Bratislavskaya metro station and surface transport stops.

135 residential complexes were built on the site of houses demolished under the renovation program

The renovation program approved in August 2017. It concerns about one million Muscovites and provides for the resettlement of 5,176 houses. Sergey Sobyanin instructed to increase the pace of the renovation program implementation in two times. He also mentioned that thanks to the original architecture new building under the renovation program has become a new attraction in the Tsaritsyno district.
