House from 1900 on Malaya Bronnaya
The work is being carried out in the building located at: Malaya Bronnaya Street, house 27/14. The six-story apartment building with an attic was built in 1900 according to an individual design. It is known as the income house of E.E. Sokolova, and its architect was Boris Alberti. The building has a complex configuration and features expressive plasticity of the facades, decorated with elegant ornamentation. The main facades are adorned with porticos formed by rusticated pilasters, Corinthian order semi-columns, topped with pediments. The first floor is plastered and rusticated in the area of the entrance groups, and is also separated from the upper part by an inter-floor belt. A crowning cornice runs around the perimeter of the building.
At the site, the facade and basement are being refurbished, and engineering systems are being replaced. For the work, specialists from the Capital Repair Fund (CRF) developed a unique project, and selected modern technologies and high-quality domestic materials.
Facade repair work began with cleaning and washing the exposed surfaces. Areas affected by dampness were treated with biocidal compositions. Craftsmen restored all decorative elements. After repairing the plaster layer, the facade was painted in the historic colors “soft sienna” and “yellowish sienna.” Specialists refurbished the entrances, repaired the plinth and apron, and in the final stage installed new downspouts.

The rhythm of oversized half-columns gives particular expressiveness to the upper part of the building (from the fourth to the sixth floors). All the windows have wedge-shaped and arched lintels. The building is encircled by moldings, an inter-floor cornice, and a crowning cornice along its perimeter.
The facade, roof, and basement of the building are being refurbished, and several engineering systems are being replaced. A house from 1958 on Sadovnicheskaya
Another building constructed in the style of Soviet neoclassicism is located at 27 Sadovnicheskaya Street, building 1. This is a five-story apartment residential building, built in 1958 according to an individual design. It has a simple form. The facades feature restrained modeling and concise decorative elements. The facades are designed in the same style as the building adjacent to its end, built in 1927, so both structures appear as a single architectural complex. The main facade is highlighted by an entrance group portal in the form of a portico with double columns. On the fifth floor there are arched window openings, at the fourth floor level—balustrades and sandriks. At the height of the fourth and fifth floors are pilasters uniting these levels into a single composition. The main and end facades are accented by a massive crowning cornice with dentils.
The facade, roof, and basement of the building are being refurbished, and some engineering systems are being replaced. The facade repair work began with cleaning and washing the exposed surfaces. Then, specialists treated the damp areas with antifungal agents. After renewing the plaster layer, the building was painted in the historic colors “pastel sand” and “white onion.” Craftsmen also repaired the balconies, balustrades, and the entrance portal with columns.
