The city put a non-residential property up for an open auction premises of free use in Khamovniki. This was reported by the head of the Moscow Department for Competitive Policy Kirill Purtev.
“A spacious commercial space is up for sale, which can be acquired to develop your own business. The property is located in Khamovniki, in an area with established development and convenient access to the metro. This combination may interest entrepreneurs who work with local residents and clients from other parts of the city. The area of 365 square meters allows for multiple lines of work in one place: for example, opening an educational center for group and individual classes,” noted Kirill Purtev.
The premises are located in the basement of a multi-apartment building at the address: Usacheva Street, house 29, building 2, near the Sportivnaya metro station. The building is classified as a historical urban environment object and is named “Residential building, 1928, architect V.I. Bibikov”.
Applications for participation are accepted until October 21. The open auction will take place on October 30 at the venue “Roseltorg”. The seller of the property is the metropolitan Department of City Property. To participate in the trading, it is necessary to register and have an enhanced qualified electronic signature.
