At KAMAZ, the dates for granting the annual paid corporate leave to company employees in 2027 have been determined.
The practice of a unified corporate vacation has been successfully implemented at KAMAZ since 2010. Unified paid vacation dates for the majority of the staff are announced in order to efficiently organize production and the use of working time and the team’s rest time.
In accordance with the order-resolution “On granting annual paid leave to employees of PJSC KAMAZ in 2027,” the corporate vacation is scheduled for 21 calendar days from July 5 to July 25 (21 calendar days). The remaining part of the annual main leave, amounting to seven calendar days, and additional leave days will be provided evenly throughout the year, according to the approved leave schedule.
At the same time, during regular operations on corporate holiday days, part of the staff engaged in product sales, repair of technological and energy equipment, and equipment diagnostics expertise will continue to work, ensuring continuous production operations, conducting the annual inventory, preparing various reports, as well as employees responsible for payroll calculation and accrual, processing urgent directive documentation, contract approvals, and the maintenance of buildings and facilities. These employees are granted their annual main and additional vacations, as provided by the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, evenly throughout the year according to the approved vacation schedule.
