The team from the Automobile Plant of PJSC KAMAZ took second place in the All-Russian trade union festival of KVN for working youth “Singing Trade Union Committee.” The game took place in Ufa on the eve of the Trade Union Actions Day “For Decent Work” under the motto “Labor! Trade Union! Unity!”.
The festival, held at the ‘Toratau’ congress hall, was organized by the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Bashkortostan with the support of the Youth Council of the FNPR, the Ministry of Youth Policy, and the Club of the Cheerful and Resourceful of Ufa. This year, 18 teams from 15 cities and nine regions of the country took the stage. Tatarstan was represented by three teams: ‘Cocktail’ (LLC ‘Chelny-Broiler’), ‘By Experience’ (TPPO MPO ‘Tatneft’), and ‘All-Wheel Drive’ (Automobile Plant PJSC ‘KAMAZ’).
The Kamaz team was supported by the company’s Trade Union organization. The game was attended by the Kamaz trade union leader Ildar Shamilov, the chairperson of the Automobile Plant and Bridge Plant trade union committee Larisa Denisova, as well as a group of Kamaz fans. The performances were evaluated by a jury, which included the deputy chairman of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia, Anton Doroshev.
At the end of the game, the team “Full Drive” took second place. The Kamaz team was awarded a diploma and a cash certificate. In addition, the team received a diploma and a cup in the special category “At Maximum RPM.”
