A building will be constructed in the Yuzhnoportovy district according to renovation program. It will appear at the address: 6th Kozhukhovskaya Street, land plot No. 13/1. This was reported by Vladislav Ovchinsky, Minister of the Moscow Government, head of the capital’s Department of Urban Development Policy.
“A residential building with a maximum area of 11,000 square meters will be constructed on a land plot of 0.21 hectares. The first floors will be designed with residents’ comfort in mind: the building will feature spacious lobbies, rooms for concierges, and storage for baby strollers. Additionally, the first floors will include commercial spaces for pharmacies, coffee shops, pickup points for orders, and other in-demand services,” said Vladislav Ovchinsky.
A town planning scheme for the plot of land has already been issued for the future house — one of the main documents required for the construction of buildings. It contains information about the permissible parameters of the building and the possibilities for using the territory.
A new building will appear in an area with developed social and domestic infrastructure. Nearby are a school, a kindergarten, medical facilities, shops, and various service sector enterprises. Within walking distance is the Kozhukhskaya metro station of the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya line and the Dubrovka station. Moscow Central Circle.
