The Alexander Shilov Gallery invites you to a private tour of the exhibition of new works by Hero of Labor of the Russian Federation, People’s Artist of the USSR, member of the Russian Academy of Arts Alexander Shilov.
The master annually transfers new paintings to the state free of charge. In his works, he addresses topical themes of beauty, the transience of existence, faith, and love for the Motherland. A.M. Shilov’s works are testimonies of the times, embodying courage, civic duty, and the spiritual dignity of his contemporaries.
The exhibition features portraits of participants in the special military operation who have become Heroes of our time. As Alexander Shilov himself notes, it is on the feats of such heroes that the younger generation should be educated.
