In the Ostankinsky district in the northeast of the capital, the construction of a kindergarten has been completed. This was reported by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Planning Policy and Construction Vladimir Efimov.

“In the Ostankino district, a kindergarten for 200 places was built. The central part of the facility, with a total area of almost 4.3 thousand square meters, is constructed in three levels, while another part of the building has two floors. The building is designed for eight groups, each with a functional block that includes a cloakroom, playroom, bedroom, and buffet. The building is equipped with a room for developmental activities, as well as multifunctional halls for music lessons and physical education,” said Vladimir Efimov.

A preschool institution was built as part of a residential complex at the address: 39a Selskokhozyaystvennaya Street. The kindergarten opened in September. It is equipped with a full-cycle food unit as well as a medical block.

The facade design features a calm color scheme with contrasting accents. Special attention has been paid to creating a barrier-free environment, ensuring comfortable stay in the garden for children with disabilities. The adjacent area has been comprehensively improved: walking paths with safe, impact-absorbing surfaces were equipped, small architectural forms were installed, and landscaping was carried out — decorative shrubs and trees were planted to create a natural enclosure and provide a comfortable microclimate..

Specialists from Mosgosstroynadzor monitored the construction of the kindergarten at all stages, assisting the developer in preventing violations and ensuring the proper quality of work.

“Five on-site inspections were conducted at the facility. Based on the results of the final control and supervisory activity, the inspectors of the Moscow City State Construction Supervision Committee issued a conclusion on the building’s compliance with the approved project documentation requirements,” noted the chairman of Mosgossroynadzor.
