A modern children’s polyclinic with 410 visits per shift will appear in the Lefortovo district. The four-story building will be constructed at the address: 2nd Sinichkina Street, property 4. The object is currently in the design phase. This was reported by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Policy and Construction. Vladimir Efimov.
“In the capital, the large-scale development of the healthcare system continues — the city is actively constructing buildings for medical institutions to make medical care as accessible as possible for residents. Thus, in the Lefortovo district, it is planned to build a modern children’s polyclinic with an area of more than 5,200 square meters. It will be designed for 410 visits per shift. The building is being designed in accordance with the new Moscow standard for polyclinics. The facility will be equipped with modern medical equipment, which will allow young patients to undergo examinations and receive quality treatment near their homes,” said Vladimir Efimov.
The clinic will be equipped with functional and radiological diagnostic rooms, including ultrasound, ECG, and X-ray diagnostics, a physiotherapy room, as well as a therapeutic exercise hall.
“Modern materials primarily of domestic production will be used in the construction of the clinic in the Lefortovo district. For the exterior finishing, a ventilated curtain wall system made of aluminum ribbed panels is planned to be applied. Decorative horizontal elements will be made from smooth panels — this will give the facade rhythm and visual clarity. The plinth part, steps, ramps, and entrance areas will be faced with granite tiles. The building will be accessible for people with limited mobility: the entrance group will be equipped with ramps, elevators and a tactile navigation system will be provided for moving between floors,” noted the head of the Department of Civil Construction of the city of Moscow.
Patient flows in the building will be divided by floors. On the first floor, there will be sample collection rooms and an on-duty doctor’s office. The second floor will house the district medical service. The third floor will be allocated for specialized doctors’ offices, as well as functional and radiological diagnostics. The fourth floor will be equipped with a rehabilitation area and administrative offices. At the same time, separate waiting areas will be provided on each floor.
A parking lot will appear next to the clinic, including designated spaces for people with limited mobility and ambulance vehicles. Additionally, a recreation area and a children’s playground will be equipped.
