Personalized certificates of inclusion on the electronic Honor Board of the Republic of Tatarstan were presented to employees of the Repair and Tool Plant, the Automobile Plant, and the Bridge Plant of PJSC “KAMAZ”.
The achievements of the Kamaz employees were recognized in a ceremonial setting. Name certificates were awarded to twenty-three employees of RIZ. The award ceremony took place during a meeting between the management and the team. The factory workers received their awards from the hands of Ildar Shamilov, chairman of the KAMAZ trade union organization, and Valery Alekseev, director of RIZ. At the meeting with the staff, the trade union leader spoke about the union’s work for the current year, and Valery Alekseev reported on the current situation at the plant and answered employees’ questions. Dmitry Borodinov, the director of the Automobile Plant, addressed the plant workers with a welcoming speech, noting the prospects of the enterprise’s work. “Monthly, our production plan increases. Previously, it was 150 cars per day, this month it is already 155. Until the end of the year, we are working on a set order of 160 cars daily. Next year, we will work at the same pace but with a change in the model range structure, – he said Dmitry Borodinov. – An increase in the number of K5 generation vehicles, which we are actively developing, is planned. About 18 models have already been put on the assembly line, two of which are this month. These are the KAMAZ-63934 vehicles for firefighting equipment and the KAMAZ-53253 for garbage trucks. I am confident that with our joint efforts, we will succeed.
The introductory speech was also given by the director of the Bridge Plant, Andrey Zhandarov, who took over the enterprise on September 1. “I am very pleased to welcome you as the new director of the Bridge Plant. During this short period, I have appreciated your professionalism and the potential of the enterprise. I deeply respect your work, for it is you who create real products and bear the stability of the plant’s operation on your shoulders. My main goal is to continue its development together with you, improve working conditions, and increase production efficiency.”, – emphasized Andrey Zhandarov.
Together with the management, the award ceremony for the factory workers was attended by State Duma deputy Alfia Kogogina. “Today we want to publicly express words of immense gratitude to the working people and to present certificates for being listed on the republican electronic Honor Board. We are doing this on the instructions of the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov., – addressed those present Alfiya Kogogina. – A huge thank you to every KamAZ worker for your hard work, for producing vehicles so essential to both the front and the rear.
