The project of a multi-apartment building with landscaping on Molodogvardeyskaya Street (properties 54, 58) has been approved. This was reported by the chairman of the Moscow City Committee on Pricing Policy in Construction and State Expertise of Projects (Moscomexpertiza). Ivan Shcherbakov.
“Mosgosexpertiza issued a positive conclusion on the residential complex project for the renovation program with 1476 apartments in the Kuntsevo district of the Western Administrative Okrug of the capital. According to the documentation, it will consist of two buildings, which together will include 20 residential sections. The object will be located on a plot with an area of 4.2 hectares. The construction area will be more than 11 thousand square meters,” said Ivan Shcherbakov.
The total area of residential premises will exceed 94 thousand square meters. All apartments will be delivered fully ready to move in, with finished interiors and installed plumbing. In addition, 24 apartments are designed taking into account the needs of people with limited mobility. Modern, durable, and safe materials will be used for construction and finishing.
On the ground floors of both buildings, there will be non-residential premises — more than 5,500 square meters of commercial space. After the house is commissioned, entrepreneurs will be able to open shops, online order pickup points, and other businesses here. This will increase living comfort and create additional jobs. During the move-in period, an information center for participants of the renovation program will operate in one of the premises.
The first floor of the residential sections includes vestibules, rooms for concierges, stroller storage, and spaces for mailboxes.
The area near the house will be improved and landscaped. Children’s and sports playgrounds will be installed in the yards, pedestrian paths will be paved, and ornamental plants will be planted.
