A large lot has been put up for city auction in the Basmanny district of Moscow room for business. Investors and entrepreneurs can purchase a property with an area of 421 square meters. This was reported by the head of the Moscow City Department for Competitive Policy Kirill Purtev.
“The implementation of any business initiative begins with selecting a suitable real estate property. Entrepreneurs can participate in city auctions and acquire non-residential premises in various districts of the capital. For example, currently, a large commercial property in the Basmanny district is listed in an open auction, located within walking distance from the “Kurskaya” and “Chkalovskaya” metro stations. Its area is 421 square meters. The premises have a free designation, allowing any type of business to be accommodated there — from an office with relaxation areas to a store with a wide range of products,” noted Kirill Purtov.
The premises are located in the building at: Podsosensky Lane, building 14, structure 1. Applications to participate in the auction are accepted until October 15, the auction will take place on October 27 on the electronic platform “Roseltorg”. The real estate seller is Department of City Property of the City of Moscow. Registration and an enhanced qualified electronic signature will be required to participate.
