New production capacities are continuously being created in the capital. Just since the beginning of this year, a number of modern venues, including the domestic computer equipment manufacturing enterprise ‘IntechPro’, Russia’s first robotic production line for mass-produced liquid crystal display modules ‘Nex-T’, the high-tech production of X-ray diagnostic devices ‘S.P. Gelpik’, and many others.

The city offers a ready-made ecosystem for development: the largest market in the country, direct access to support tools, developments from leading universities, and a personnel reserve.
“The result of this work is already visible: 4,735 metropolitan enterprises supply advanced products to the entire country — from Kaliningrad to Vladivostok. And we will continue to create the most comfortable conditions for everyone who bets on Moscow and develops their production right here,” added Sergey Sobyanin.
Throughout October, Muscovites and visitors to the capital will be able to see how modern urban production is organized. The program includes more than 25 events, among which are tours of key enterprises, open lectures at various venues around the city, as well as Moscow Investment and Industrial Forum (MIPF), where they will discuss new investment opportunities, key projects, and industry development trends, as well as hold a career day for those wishing to find jobs or internships in the industrial sector.
Furthermore, in special economic zone The International Forum of Special Economic Zones will be held for the first time in the capital at “Technopolis Moscow.” Among its guests are partners from the BRICS countries, the EAEU, and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
A hackathon “Open#MosProm” is also planned, during which more than two thousand participants from different cities will solve real tasks from Moscow enterprises against the clock.
