The city put up for open auctions two premises of free appointment in the Severnoye Tushino area. This was reported by the head of the capital’s Department of Competitive Policy Kirill Purtov.
“At the city auctions, you can purchase commercial real estate objects for a wide variety of needs. For example, entrepreneurs choosing premises for a supermarket, clinic, fitness club, and other projects requiring a large space should pay attention to the offer currently available in Northern Tushino. Here, you can acquire two spacious premises with areas of 169.9 and 188.4 square meters on the first floor of a modern apartment building on Svobody Street. The objects have separate entrances and flexible usage,” Kirill Purtev said.
The premises are located at: 67a Svobody Street.
Applications for participation are accepted until October 6. Open auctions will take place on October 15 at the venue “Roseltorg”. The seller of the real estate is the metropolitan Department of City Property. To participate in the trading, it is necessary to register and have an enhanced qualified electronic signature.
