Reception has started in Moscow applications for the educational program for social business “Accelerator 4.0.” It is conducted by the Social Projects Support Fund (SPSF). Participants will be able to quickly and freely receive a project diagnosis, an analysis of the economic component, and identify their growth points. Applications for participation can be submitted until October 19.

Within the practical-oriented program, newcomers will learn to analyze the market and competitors, segment the target audience, refine the product, assemble a team, and choose a business model. Experienced managers, in turn, will be able to conduct a comprehensive business diagnosis: identify weak links, adjust the strategy, and discover new promotion channels.

“The accelerator’s task is to help entrepreneurs build a sustainable, efficient, and socially significant system. Hundreds of authors of various projects have graduated from the program in recent years, and most of them report growth in their client base and an increase in revenue. This is the best confirmation that a systematic approach to development brings tangible results. For the new cohort, we have prepared an additional incentive to participate: the three best projects will receive professional video shooting for promotion,” noted Natalia Kremneva, director of the Social Projects Support Fund.

The training format is thought out down to the smallest detail: theory is reinforced with practice, and participants immediately apply each new tool to their own projects. Online participation allows you to take the course without hurry and stress — just enough to dedicate 30 minutes a day for a week. The speakers are high-level experts in marketing, finance, management, market research, and product development.

At the end of the theoretical block, each participant will prepare a presentation of their project and receive detailed feedback from experts. Those who propose the most promising solutions will continue working on them within the framework of an individual program with a personal mentor. Over the course of five weeks, the expert will help identify growth points, develop a development strategy, and test business hypotheses in practice. This format allows you not only to receive recommendations, but also to implement changes step by step and immediately see the results.

The authors of the three best projects that successfully complete the course will receive a special prize from the FPSP. Presentation videos will be prepared free of charge for their solutions. The foundation’s team will develop the script, organize a professional shoot in Moscow, and perform the editing. Participants will be able to publish the finished videos on their websites and social networks. They will become effective tools for self-presentation, attracting clients, and partners.

Olga Oshurkova, founder of the “Lechi — Igray” project, came to the accelerator with an already finished product — an innovative eye trainer for the prevention and rehabilitation of vision. However, the entrepreneur lacked a clear understanding of who it was intended for and how to bring it to market. It seemed obvious that this trainer was needed by children and their parents. The personal tracker helped look at the product in a new way and understand that the development could be in demand in rehabilitation centers, where it would become part of vision restoration programs. With the help of a mentor, Olga structured the positioning, more precisely defined the target audience, and revealed the project’s potential. Additional opportunities for promotion arose thanks to participation in the “More than Business” forum, where the development was presented to potential partners and a wide audience.

“Participation in the SPSU acceleration program helped us to rethink the project — primarily from the perspective of its rehabilitation focus, as well as to present the development to interested specialists,” shared Olga Oshurkova.

Participation in the program helps entrepreneurs believe in their abilities and take their projects to the next level. For example, during the course, Irina Ryashentseva left the franchise to create her own multifunctional educational center. She joined the program with questions about how to build a client acquisition and sales system. The tutor’s consultations helped find solutions and determine the next steps.

Today, Irina Ryashentseva’s project “Academicus” has four branches and more than four thousand clients. It includes a kindergarten where speech therapy and other classes are held, a school with programs for intellectual and creative development, as well as a family center for children and adults. The founder shared that the tools mastered during the accelerator helped her implement her plans and develop the idea into concrete results.
