In the Zapadnoye Degunino district, the construction of an educational complex continues. Its readiness already exceeds 65 percent. This was reported by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction. Vladimir Efimov.
The building is being constructed at: Ilmensky Passage, property 1. It is located near the Seligerskaya metro station and the station Moscow Central Circle Likhobory, as well as stops of surface urban transport on Dmitrovskoye Highway.
“Currently, facade and finishing works are underway at the site, installation of internal engineering systems, and landscaping of the adjacent territory. The total area of the building will exceed 16 thousand square meters. The complex is designed for 950 places, of which 900 are intended for schoolchildren and 50 — for the preschool division students. The building has four above-ground and one underground floor, and its radial shape allows for functional segregation of educational blocks. Completion of the work, according to the participation agreement, is planned for the second half of 2027, after which the complex will be transferred to the city education system.” — Vladimir Efimov said.
The building will house blocks for elementary, middle, and high school, as well as a preschool department designed for two groups of children aged six to seven.
The facades are decorated with decorative plaster and metal cassettes resembling large construction set parts. The design uses a light gray-beige and accent blue-terracotta color scheme, as well as dark gray aluminum profiles. Window slopes and sills are made from similar materials.
The educational complex will be equipped with universal and specialized classrooms, a media library with a library and areas for independent work. In addition, there will be rooms for robotics, programming, modeling, and project activity clubs, as well as rooms for extended-day groups.
On the school grounds, they will set up areas for mini-football, basketball, and volleyball, a long jump zone, and a running track. Separate playgrounds and sports areas will be made for preschoolers and primary school students.
In addition, shade canopies and small architectural forms will be installed on the premises. There will also be a site for collecting solid municipal waste and a parking space for people with limited mobility.
Special attention to accessibility was given during the design of the complex. Pedestrian routes are organized with consideration for the comfortable movement of people with disabilities. Necessary tactile indicators will be installed in the building and on the territory.
Next to the educational complex, landscaping and improvement work will be carried out. Trees and shrubs will be planted here, and lawns and flower beds will be arranged.
The construction of the social facility is supervised by Mosgosstroynadzor.
“The building has been under construction since October 2024. Inspectors from the Moscow City State Construction Supervision Committee have already conducted the fourth on-site inspection, during which they assessed the progress of the monolithic and facade works for compliance with the project documentation requirements.” — clarified the chairman of the Moscow State Construction Supervision
Earlier, Sergey Sobyanin said that a development will be built in the Solntsevo district school and kindergarten.
