Near the residential buildings, an accessible, safe, and functional environment was created. It now features places for relaxation, sports, and family leisure. In particular, next to building 3 on Begovaya Alley, they arranged cozy square with paths, benches, children’s and sports playgrounds. Near house 13, building 1 on Skakovaya Street, a rest area with swings and benches was created. Near Aviator House (Begovaya Street, house 34), the hockey rink was renovated, places for panna football and workout were provided, and two children’s playgrounds were also equipped.
“But, of course, the dominant feature of the entire area is the Central Moscow Hippodrome. In five months, a new street-road network was created on the side of Leningradsky Prospekt to make it more convenient to get to the hippodrome. The 1.7-kilometer route stretched along the railway tracks of the Smolensk direction from the interchange with the Third Transport Ring (TTK) to Leningradsky Prospekt.
In addition, within the framework of the project, they constructed the Planned Passage No. 1808 from the Third Transport Ring (TTK) to the intersection with Nizhnyaya Street, reconstructed Nizhnyaya Street, arranged bike lanes and sidewalks, installed new streetlights, and landscaped the adjacent area.
Thanks to this, the transport accessibility of three districts at once — Begovoy, Presnensky, and Tverskoy — has improved.
