The Moscow delegation held about 200 meetings in India with representatives of government agencies and businesses at the Pharma MachTech LabNext Expo 2026 and “Innoprom. India” exhibitions. Companies from the Russian capital presented their developments to foreign partners. During the negotiations, they discussed infrastructure projects, investments, exports, as well as localization of high-tech production in Moscow. “Moscow and Delhi are strategic partners capable of creating new centers of industrial growth. During the visit, joint projects in pharmaceuticals, medical equipment manufacturing, machine tool building, and robotics were discussed. Indian companies showed significant interest in localizing enterprises in the Russian capital, developing human resources, and supplying Moscow’s high-tech products,” noted Anatoly Garbuzov.
Among the delegation’s partners are the Indian Chamber of International Business, the Confederation of Indian Industry, the Delhi–Mumbai Corridor Development Corporation, sectoral export councils, and leading companies in the country.
Promotion and export
Special attention was paid to cooperation in the field of pharmaceuticals and medicine. Representatives of Moscow held talks on the possible placement of production facilities in the Russian capital with members of the Council for the Promotion of Pharmaceutical Exports of India, as well as with the companies Rusan Pharma Limited and Cadila Pharmaceuticals.
At the BRICS Dialogue 2026 venue, delegation participants Department of Investment and Industrial Policy of Moscow They spoke about the capabilities of the capital’s medical industry and the advantages of locating full production cycle enterprises in the city. The Moscow manufacturer “Robopro” discussed the integration of the capital’s robotic solutions with Smart Measure Tech. The company Deep Engineering showed interest in the manipulators of the Doka brand for automating pharmaceutical lines, Monte Carlo Fashions Limited — in the robotization of warehouse logistics, and Ocular Group proposed to localize production in India.
LLC “Trinstelematics” held negotiations with Novius Technologies and HCLTech companies on the application of Moscow telematics platforms, cloud dispatching services, and smart city solutions. Potential projects may accelerate the digital transformation of India’s transport infrastructure.

Autonomous Nonprofit Organization (ANO) “Export, Industry and Investment Support Center ‘Mosprom'” It appeared in 2019.
