In the Novogireevo area, a project for a multi-apartment building has been approved renovation program. The facility will be located at Federative Avenue, land plot No. 22/2. This was reported by the Chairman of the Moscow City Committee on Pricing Policy in Construction and State Examination of Projects Ivan Shcherbakov.
“The project involves the construction of a single-section residential building with 161 apartments. The total housing area of the building will be nearly 10,000 square meters. Construction will take place on the site of a five-story building from 1967, included in the renovation program,” said Ivan Shcherbakov.
The building will appear in an area with developed infrastructure — not far from “Novogireevo” metro station and Terletsky forest park. The building area will be 653 square meters. The apartments will be delivered with finishing and fully ready for occupancy.
On the first floor of the building, in addition to the entrance area, there are public rooms with a total area of 328 square meters, where an information center for participants in the renovation program will operate.
On the adjacent territory, in commercial premises and common areas, a barrier-free environment will be provided for people with reduced mobility, elderly people, and parents with baby strollers. A children’s and sports playground will be installed in the yard, places for walking and recreation will be arranged, and plants will also be planted.

The renovation program was approved in August 2017. It concerns about one million Muscovites and provides for the resettlement of 5,176 buildings. Sergey Sobyanin ordered to accelerate the implementation of the renovation program in twice.
