Beijing, September 15 /Xinhua/ — Chinese Vice Premier Han Zheng on Tuesday spoke at a welcoming banquet of the 13th Xiangshan Forum in Beijing. The banquet was attended by official representatives from nearly 100 countries, regions, and international organizations.

As Han Zheng noted, over the 20 years since its establishment, the Beijing Xiangshan Forum has played an important role in forming consensus on security issues, promoting defense cooperation, and ensuring peace and stability in the region.
