Residents of the capital with visual and motor impairments will be able to vote independently in the State Duma elections from September 18 to 20. Elections deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation and municipal deputies of the Shchukino district will be held in Moscow from September 18 to 20, 2026. Voting will be open to adult citizens with permanent registration in the capital. Online voting will be available at elec.mos.ru from 08:00 on September 18 to 19:59 on September 20, around the clock. Polling stations will be open from 08:00 to 20:00 all three days.
