The All-Russian orienteering competition “Obskaya Volna-2026” took place near the village of Zavyalovo in the Novosibirsk region. They were held for the first time and gathered more than 200 people from 15 regions across the country—from Moscow and Saint Petersburg to the Amur region.
Representatives of NSU showed excellent results.
Anastasia Brusentsova (FF) won 4 medals – 1 gold, 2 silvers, and a bronze in the under-19 junior girls group.
Andrey Ershov (FIT) took second place in the long-distance race in the juniors group.
A FIT student also participated in this competition Alexander Biryukov and teacher at KaffVIMMT Andrey Tolstov – the coach of our prize-winners.
Another silver medal Nastya brought from the city of Guryevsk in the Kemerovo region, where the All-Russian competition “Golden Taiga” also took place.
