The sports festival “Only Stars Above” will take place on September 19 on the rooftops of the district centers “Meeting Place.” It will sum up the summer season of the project “My Sports District” — the special program “At the Top.”
Altitude training sessions will take place at the district centers “Ekran” (SVAO), “Sofia” (VAO), “Prague” (SAO), and “Angara” (UAO). Residents of Moscow aged 16 and older are invited to participate. Throughout the day, project trainers will conduct a series of intensive 30-minute classes aimed at improving flexibility, posture, and balance. These include stretching, yoga, Zumba to Latin American rhythms, and a dance style called fitrock, characterized by the use of drumsticks during exercises.
The entire festival program is divided into two blocks. The first session will take place from 3:00 PM to 5:35 PM, the second from 5:35 PM to 8:00 PM.
In addition to training sessions, lecture halls dedicated to healthy lifestyles, including sports, are organized on the roofs. Specialized experts will speak to the audience, among them dietitian Alexey Popov, digital specialist Denis Neglyad, and general and specialized physical training specialist Larisa Filimonova. A themed quiz is also prepared for guests, whose winners will receive souvenirs from the organizers.
