Based on the letter received from the Joint Stock Company “Sberbank CIB” and in accordance with Part I. General Section of the Rules for trading on the stock market, deposit market, and credit market of the Public Joint Stock Company “Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS”, approved by the Supervisory Board decision dated August 10, 2026 (Protocol No. 3), clauses 1.7.2, 1.8.5, 1.8.8, 1.8.10, and 1.8.11 of Part II. Stock Market Section of the Rules for trading on the stock market, deposit market, and credit market of the Public Joint Stock Company “Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS”, approved by the Supervisory Board decision dated January 23, 2026 (Protocol No. 11), the following conditions, timing, term, and procedure for submitting applications with activation date and execution of deals with structured uncertificated non-convertible bonds secured by collateral series CIB-SN-EQ-001S-535 of the Joint Stock Company “Sberbank CIB” are established.

The procedure for collateral control for the application submitted on 29.09.2026, as well as on other placement days, is carried out at the time of submitting such an application.
Withdrawal of applications is allowed during the application collection period, on the activation date within the application collection period, and also during the application collection and transaction conclusion period during the placement of Exchange Bonds.
The seller of Exchange Bonds will be JSC “Sberbank CIB” (trading system identifier – MC0005500000) (hereinafter referred to as the Seller).
Placement price: The placement price of bonds is set at 1,000 rubles per Exchange bond (100% of the nominal value of the Exchange bond).
The size of one lot in the trading mode “Placement: Addressed Orders” is equal to 1 Exchange bond.
Applications for the purchase of Exchange Bonds during the preliminary subscription period must be submitted with the following mandatory details:

  • activation date (this application field is filled in automatically in the format “DDMMYYYY” by the Trading System);
  • the number of securities in lots (the maximum number of securities that a potential buyer would like to acquire);
  • calculation code;
  • other mandatory details established by the Trading Rules;
  • price as a percentage of the nominal value.

Applications to purchase Exchange Bonds during the placement period are submitted with the following mandatory details:

  • the number of securities in lots (the maximum number of securities that the potential buyer would like to purchase);
  • calculation code;
  • other mandatory details established by the Trading Rules;
  • price as a percentage of the nominal value.

The activation date is the date the Exchange Bonds start to be placed (29.09.2026).

Based on the issuance documents during the placement of securities, the submission of applications and execution of transactions on behalf of Trading Participants, as well as on behalf of the Clients of Trading Participants, is not allowed if such persons are affiliated with a foreign state listed in the Register of Foreign States and Territories Engaging in Hostile Actions Against the Russian Federation, Russian Legal Entities, and Individuals, approved by the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 05.03.2022 No. 430-r (as amended on the date of application submission), or are under the control of such persons, except for controlled foreign companies in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 05.03.2022 No. 95 “On the temporary procedure for fulfilling obligations to certain foreign creditors.”
