State Budgetary Institution “GBU “Small business of Moscow(MBM) has launched a new service called “Digital Advisor” — a free neuro-consultant for aspiring and current entrepreneurs. The user can ask a question in free form, even if they don’t know the terminology or have difficulty formulating the request in detail. The “Digital Advisor” will clarify details, select recommendations and useful links, and also offer further steps.
The service operates around the clock and keeps a history of inquiries. This format reduces the time spent searching for information and helps to move faster to solving a specific task.
Thus, in one dialogue, novice entrepreneurs can learn how to prepare for starting a business, assess the niche and location, choose a tax regime, and utilize support measures. Those already running their own business will be helped by the neuro consultant to navigate issues of scaling, training, promotion, and participation in government procurement. For each request, the user receives reference information and links to appropriate city support tools.
The “Digital Advisor” is available on the portal mbm.mos.ru, in official MBM channel in the messenger “Max” and on the page in the social network “VKontakte”.
