From September 11 to 17, the International Youth Festival will take place in Yekaterinburg, bringing together 10,000 participants from 191 countries. The Russian capital will present a booth titled „Moscow — the city of the future.” This was reported by Natalia Sergunina, Deputy Mayor of Moscow.
Visitors will learn what prospects open up for youth of Moscow — one of the most modern megacities on the planet. We will be happy to show young people from around the world the advantages of our city related to career building, technological development, culture, and a comfortable living environment,” noted Natalia Sergunina.
For example, festival participants will be told about the key directions of the project “Youth of Moscow”. It offers active young men and women many opportunities for personal and professional growth. Creative competitions, career forums, and free courses in various fields are regularly organized for the youth. The city also has multi-format spaces with coworking areas, recording studios, art workshops, and other venues for bringing creative ideas to life.
As part of the Start in Moscow program, foreign visitors to the booth can meet with career consultants. They will answer questions about internships in Moscow companies and help to prepare resumes.
The festival will also showcase modern technologies that millions of Muscovites use daily. Guests will be introduced to digital services from an ecosystem that covers all areas of life — from healthcare and transportation to culture and apartment building management.

In addition, participants will be introduced to Moscow’s experience in creating next-generation infrastructure — educational, transportation, sports, industrial, and others.
At the recreation site, everyone will be able to try out AI Travel Designer in the travel service Russpass, which the capital is actively developing. The user will need to fill out a form, and the system will create a complete itinerary taking into account travel dates, personal preferences, interesting sights, and other parameters.
A separate interactive stand dedicated to the capabilities of the Moscow film cluster will be located in the “Cultural Code” section. Here you will be able to learn about filming locations, as well as support measures and services for filmmakers.
At the “Made in Moscow” project booth in the festival’s trade and exhibition area, products from 35 brands will be showcased: clothing, accessories, cosmetics, books, and home goods.
More than 230 volunteers from the capital will assist in organizing the event.
