A school for 2,100 students was opened in the Vnukovo district. Sergei Sobyanin reported this on his channel on in the “Max” messenger.
“
September 1 Classes have already started in the new building. The four-story building on the territory of a residential quarter on Boris Pasternak Street has become part of the State Budgetary Educational Institution “School No. 1788.” A full-fledged educational cluster has already been formed there, including seven kindergartens for 2220 children and two previously opened schools for 3750 students,” wrote the Mayor of Moscow.

The new school was built according to an individual project using information modeling technologies, which allowed the work to be accelerated. Some of the building materials were brought from Tver, Samara, Volgograd, and Kaluga.

The windows of the school building overlook the Bolshoy Fedosinsky Pond.
For extracurricular activities, a chess club room, watercolor painting and drawing workshops, wood, metal, and fabric processing workshops, as well as a culinary classroom were equipped.
A full-fledged sports core was created on the adjacent territory, a recreation area and platforms for ceremonial assemblies were arranged.
